About Our Founders

James and Paul Adams are co-founders of Galeo, a Midwest-based company that solves operational and profit headaches for owner-operated businesses. Together they've worked with over 100 businesses across marketing, finance, and operations.

Before Galeo, James started a local marketing agency, NWS, growing it to work with 100+ businesses over 5+ years. He's also worked in finance and consulting for some of the largest companies in the world in Chicago, IL.

James is a graduate of the University of Missouri, where he studied business and finance. He grew up in Antioch, IL.

The mission at Galeo is to be a true solution for small businesses, not another lip-service big-wig firm. We find, build, and fix whatever's actually wasting an owner's money or time, giving them a headache, or burning them out. They've built Galeo around getting what you want out of your business, working with real businesses across trades, manufacturing, and logistics throughout the Midwest.
